TAXES
Are there additional import taxes for orders within the European Union?
No, there are no additional import taxes for EU customers. All import taxes from Russia have already been paid, so you won't need to worry about customs or extra hassle.

When will my order arrive?
If your product is in stock, we ship it within 48 hours. Delivery time varies based on your location. For example, it takes about a week for delivery to Spain and 1-3 days to Scandinavia. If a product is out of stock, the resupply time is approximately 28 days, after which we promptly ship your order. For custom requests outside the EU, please leave us a message, and we'll arrange your package.

We accept returns of unused and undamaged products within 14 days of shipment. For a full refund, all products must be returned in new condition with original protective packaging.
How can I return a product?
To return a product, you will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. Ensure the goods are well-packed to prevent transportation damage. Items must be sent back without delay and no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your cancellation to us. The deadline is considered met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period expires.
